Added Settings Menu and Tutorial prompts

I have just added in a settings menu, to help with quality adjustment. I also added in some tutorial-like prompts to help players understand that turning incorporeal with the Mouse Scroll Wheel Button or Left Shift will allow you to walk through certain walls / doors. 

Surfaces /items of interest behind walls are highlighted in red.
